To provide accurate and precise 3D BIM services to our clients that will help their company prosper and grow.

3rd Coast BIM is an LLC, formed in Texas and owned by John Armstrong

42 years' experience in the Commercial construction industry.

3rd Coast BIM provides:

3D BIM Services to the commercial MEP construction industry including HVAC Piping, HVAC Ductwork and Plumbing.

3rd Coast BIM will take the following steps to ensure an efficient project from start to finish.

• Perform a detailed review of all contract related architectural, structural and MEP documents and specifications.
• Collaborate with general contractors and or engineers to obtain the proper building models needed for 3D pipe drafting in a virtual environment.
• Develop working relationships with the various MEP trades participating in the project.
• Provide a detailed piping and or duct model that accurately represents the systems.
• Provide detailed shop drawings of systems in PDF format that are to be submitted for review and approval. These drawings can then be used for jobsite installation.
• Provide accurate 3D spool drawings to be used in the pre-fabrication process.
