Services available from 3rd Coast BIM

• Provide thorough review and implementation of approved, client provided material and equipment submittals to ensure compliance with the project specifications and requirements.
• Provide 3D spool sheets and Spool Maps for weld piping 2 1/2" and larger.
• Pipe support layout drawings for use in jobsite installation 
• Provide 2D coordinated PDF shop drawings using a three-stage review and approval process.

• 3rd Coast BIM can provide active participation in a weekly BIM coordination meeting conducted by others.
• Provide a material list of the modeled components on request
• 3rd Coast BIM will provide a 3D Model in Revit format at the completion of the project.

• Present a BIM Execution Plan to the participating trades with a minimum LOD of 350 expected unless otherwise specified.
• Using Navisworks Manage we will create clash test between participating trades and use the results of these test to coordinate the MEP systems including organizing and labeling the clashes per trade.
• Create an NWD coordination model after clash resolution and upload this to a share site for all team members to use during their in-house clash resolution before the next scheduled BIM meeting.
• Create coordinated 'sign off' NWD models for the respective coordinated levels and/or areas and send these to all participants for their signature. 
• Upon completion of the BIM process, we will provide a package including a final coordinated 3D NWD file.
